Products

We do our best to display product colours, sizing and details as accurately as possible. Slight differences may occur due to screens, lighting and production variation.

Pricing and checkout

Prices, promotions and product availability can change at any time. The final amount you pay is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders

We may refuse, cancel or limit an order if fraud, stock issues or pricing errors are suspected. If that happens after payment, we will contact you and issue a refund where required.

Delivery and returns

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only. Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
