30-day free returns within New Zealand.

If your Finaste piece is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

New Zealand returns

• 30-day return window from the delivery date.
• Free return shipping within New Zealand.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method after the return is received and checked.

How to start a return

Email info@finaste.co.nz with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. We will reply with the next steps.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable remedy.

Australia returns

For Australian orders, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
